fishing licence

Hi can anyone advise opening hours for the town hall in antigua and also banks. I would like to get a fishing permit and understand i can fill out necessary forms then pay in bank and back to town hall to get stamped?

See my post, no. 54, sunluvver. Get there as early as you can, 9am onwards, and don't forget they have a ticket queueing system at the bank - well 2 actually, so make sure you get a ticket to see a cashier.
