  6am appointment, 6 mile run then circuit training - Press Ups, bench dips, pull ups, chest pass, sit ups, stomach crunch, squat jumps, bench squat, back extension chest raise 
then same again at 8am

now i am doing diddly

Then she walks the dog, hangs out washing, quick dross, off to do a full 2 hours work, Morrison's, mends her mums fence, makes tea, does her cross training,another quick dross, watches TOWIE,big brother and xfactor, another quick dross, and falls asleep shattered. Don't think the rest of mi Princesses family do much at all
