Thank you so much for posting the film, it brought back so many memories . After first discovering the Island in 1996 and then leaving in 2011 for mainland Spain it was a delight.

Apart from the obvious night time ones Paddy I think very early morning. It looks like the first staff arriving at The Blues Bar so I'd guess that to be around 7.30am. The grey clouds would suggest very early too.
My son works in the road by the Wok Slow Boat and posted a pic taken a month or so ago taken around 7.30 at night almost identical to the one in the vid..no people on the street whatsoever.

Strange but I'm here at the moment and the place is buzzing. Qs out side fado rock and everywhere seems like they are getting their share. Maybe this is a problem for someone with an axe to grind. And before anyone says it I have been to Specsavers.

I can assure you dagwood these are all untouched photos. I really can't understand what else you mean and I certainly have no axe to grind. I posted these for the genuine reason in the header.

For people to get pleasure out of seeing them.

I know appy - I was very careful that my comment could have been interrupted 100 different ways, as shown by FiFi. There are those that just seem to see the negative all the time!

Why is it that the same old names always crop when these matters are discussed - they always gather round and stick up for one another just like the bullies in the school playground

Judging by the length of the shadows, I'd think they were taken early morning, so as to show just the place, shame there's no opportunity to take them without the parked cars as well.

The cars are ok in years to come people will be able to approx date the pictures by the shape and the model of the cars.
