Sure the big wigs in charge on the island will come up with some kind of plan to improve tourism

So why do Jumbo Jets full of people leave the UK everyday, bound for Orlando Florida.

The 6 Flags parks in the 6 Southern "Confederate" States of the USA are fantastic. I've been to 2 of them.

I mean no offence by saying this but Fuerteventura didn't exactly choose you either.

I see where your coming from and agree that alot of the appeal to the island is the quietness and tranquillity etc, but to achieve is to adapt, and what's wrong with reaching out for people that spend money?

Some are getting on to Woe about an "idea" but if I'm honest I think it's actually a very good one, same with the oil rigs, I honestly believe it's a good thing that in reality doesn't affect hardly anyone.
