A nice romantic little story.

25 years ago three sisters  married their beloveds in a joint ceremony on the Island. Canarias7 said that they were all carried away by the love that they felt for their respective boyfriends ...............aaah

They are all planning to renew their vows together again at the little Church of Santa Maria in Betancuria. on February 9th at 5pm.


Isnt that lovely.

I love the local Canarian papers. They often have sweet little stories like that and I must admit I do sometimes get a giggle out of  some of them too. I think it is so funny the way they always report when there is a baby Sealion after being born and they go into great detail about what kind of birth it was and even give details of the weight and length of the baby, and say that Mother and baby are doing well.

It is so refreshing to see such innocent news when you have become used to reading and listening to so much negativity. Sweet.


You are right Paddy.......I have always been and always will be a true Romantic at heart.

I have been very busy. I decided that it was about time that I tried to pass my driving test.....well I am driving 23 years

and guess what?

I passed.

Then I got the flu and its a nasty one and bruised my ribs from all the wretching and coughing

So now you know.
