Try this.
log out of forum
click log in again
enter old username
you will see a notification
click on forgot your password
and enter username or email.
check your emails
to enter your password you can use either your old or new one.
You should be back as before

Thanks for reply ronnie but I have tried this already and still didn't receive an email verifying new password and old one still doesn't work, very frustrating! I have just checked my email to see if there was one from admin this afternoon and the only new mail was from Thomson about great deals for Lanzarote!!!

click on the side where it says out of order or offensive , thats what i did and explained. fair play to admin they sorted it for me
