How Quiet is Corralejo

Hi, we have just arrived home after a week at Oliva Beach Hotel which was great however on the nights we chose to head into town to eat and drink we couldnt believe how quiet Corralejo was.
This is the 3rd year in a row we have been to a great island but certainly the quietest we have ever seen.
Hope things pick up for all you locals and look forward to seeing you all late September.

The evening you went home it was absolutely heaving. What a difference only a few days makes.

A lot of people stayed at home for the Jubilee as they did for the Royal Wedding.

Hi Mickboy, I spent almost a week in Corralejo before travelling to Costa Teguise for a couple of weeks and the bars and restaurants seemed to be doing great business.Back home in the rain now.[] I was in Avenida for the first time. It was always recommended on the Forum and rightly so. I also tried La Taberna (possibly the wrong spelling) and would highly recommend it. Corralejo is a fantastic place. Looking forward to trying some new places in a few weeks time when I am over again.[]
