Not enough red blood cells to push oxygen around the body ,can cause allsorts of stuff,so got to take folic acid for 4 months ,also my good cholesterol is bad

,but it could be due to lack of exercise at the moment,my xrays show wear and tear on my hip ,but shouldn't be causing the pain im in .
