I've seen large bags/packets of harina de maiz in the supermarkets - is it the same as the small boxes of cornflour you can buy in the uk?
Can you make pancakes, pasta, bread etc by using harina de maiz the same way that you would use ordinary flour?
Many thanks

Harina de maiz  IS  Cornflour. Harina - Flour /  Maiz - Corn.  Exactly the same as what you buy in UK

If you use cornflour to make them, then yes.  If you usually use wheat flour, no
