Think they are under instructions to pass me cant afford to make me redundant on ill health ,got 25yrs in
1 month pay for each year for 1st 15 years then 1.5 months pay per year after that plus 10yrs on me pension ,on a final salary pension

I got 26.5 years in at present. Final salary stopped about 6 years ago just after Mowlem got taken over. No chance either of being made redundant  :( >:(
