Back to work  after 18days off 1st of 7

I opened up the gym this morning, only here for couple hours though, then back to the house full of 12 year olds, would rather stay here, he's got it lucky they are all asleep while he's there 

But going to hit it while I am here and on a health kick, circuit training and kick boxing providing my back plays nice today

Work...not looking forward to it...both places that I need to go to have roads that are flooded

Need to get back home so he can go to appointment but I am getting hassled, need to find a brush that will fit firmly up my a** to sweep the floor at same time

Going home been in here since 5am, sit in traffic for an hour
