Did 6 miles which is the target or just under, just over an hour  . And now I think I may die 

Going dying my hair, he's home early today then off for 5 days but that's if people turn in,  clean house  and car, drop daughter at her fathers, have an appointment at 4pm

Hair done and looks nice not that anybody will notice  cleaning the whole house yet again because live with lazy people, then I plan on getting very drunk in a short space of time and have a good rant
