God Jon I can't believe it, he struggles to walk hopping around everywhere, wouldn't be as bad if had a thick bandage support on but has a big pot on so ankle restricted to 
My wrist isn't to bad I have to get on with it 
Typical though 6-8 weeks apparently he'll be like this
