feels strange at first but was a massive relief, mine went last november when i did my head injury (because i needed that too  ::) ::) ::) ) and it was really good, and good old paracetamol or ibuprofen if doesn't upset your stomach  :-* :-* :-*

Be careful with Ibuprofen too much is not good for. 
More than 8 paracetamol a day can damage your liver.

Ibuprofen makes me feel nausea but I used to practically eat paracetamol  :o it will go as quick as it came, massage does work tho xx

Jon when your in Fuerte go to the aloe Vera guys at the market, and get the tube of blue muscular gel. I swear by it, and some of my rugby playing friend swear by it also, I end up bring tubs of the stuff back.
