Yes,but I had some beef with one of the assistants

They don't seem to fully know what's happening. Go to customer services and ask for head office number, if they can't sort it out. I had a few teething problems but all sorted now.

I wanted my temporary points put on my new card,there was a long queue,so I asked if I could do it at the petrol station as I was going there next...they said no,I had to wait..anyway,long story short...waited ages,she couldn`t do it,tried to make out that I was thick in front of everyone  ..in the end ,gave me head offices number and said they had to sort it...so I went to get my petrol,didn`t know which card to use cos she had confused me..the lady said "no problem,I`ll sort it for you"..swiped my card and points transferred 
So....God knows what the other one was doing

She'll have transferred your petrol points, and should have kept your petrol card. Still need to ring head office, match and more helpline, to make sure your temp card points have gone on your proper card. I was about 6000 short. Worth checking.

She printed off receipts to show me the points going on..so all sorted

Good idea.

A great tip also is to massage the sides of your temple with your index fingers very gently back and forth, best if you use some body oil with a nice smell, it helps relieve the tension in the forehead.
