IKEA - my moan for the day

I have just got back from Ikea, where I went to pick up a worktop I ordered.  They wheeled it into the shop on a trolley, and I asked the guy very politely in my best Spanish if he could help me load it into the van.
'No' he said, 'we don't do loading.  But you can get it delivered'.
So I asked if they could deliver it to my van which was parked outside, and he said 'No, we deliver it to your house'.
So an 80 km round trip for nothing!
In all the years we have lived here in Fuerteventura I have always been helped to carry things to my car, if they were too heavy for me to manage (Being a pensioner of the female variety, that is a few times)
So be warned if you order things from Ikea, take a strong man with you to load it up!  It is only the second time I have used Ikea, and definitely my last......
Whinge over, the rest of my day has been fine!

Ikea are notoriously bad in Fuerteventura.
As I've said in previous posts on the subject, as much use as a tit on a fish.
For the mentally unstable amongst us on this forum, I'm sorry for bashing Ikea, I'm sure you love them, but the truth is they suck.
