I was actually forcefed the stuff right from birth.

Even though my therapist says I should try and talk about it to exorcise the nightmare, I can't bring myself to describe the animal methods used to administer it. Suffice it to say, it was either drink or suffocate.

I shudder even now thinking about it.

Some very good points made. I dropped the milk for a while and started on the Coke, just didn't get the same buzz, back on "Half Cream", just taking it easy.

I used to be on addicted to powdered milk (marvel in particular) used to meet my dealer outside the local Asda's to procure my "fix" (other supermarkets are available)....... thankfully the guys in the rehab centre managed to wean me off the stuff.... now I cannot buy tea or coffee from vending machines for fear of relapsing....
