rental with aviary

hi just putting feelers out , i would like to rent my property on golf course in caleta for 6/12 months whilst i travel, there is a lovely aviary (not too big )with some handtame birds init in the garden, would anyone consider looking after them as well as renting the house?? (no other pets or kids )
