The allotments in Puerto del Rosario are ready to be used. The first lettuces are expected to be ready for eating in approximately 40 days. :)

Mayor Marcial Morales said yesterday that the intent of the City is to continue increasing the number of urban gardens in Puerto del Rosario in accordance with demand

Good for them, but they will need to watch out or the Lanzorote potatoe thieves might come and rob their lettuces  ;D

Captain Sensible

I saw these new allotments last night.  They are in El Charco.

It'll be interesting to see what people try to grow.

I'll keep an eye on what's growing! :)
