Anyone selling a 2 bed property in Caleta?

Following on from Appy's post 'Home in Paradise or Noose Round Neck ' and a mail received from some seeling a property, I have just realised I am wasting what could be a valuable source in our search for a property...... this forum. 

Some of you may have seen my posts asking about various complexes and area's. The reason for this is that we are looking to sell our 1 bed and upsize to a 2 bed ready for our retirement to the island.

Now we will have a budget of up to €80,000 ish to spend, so the question is, does anyone have, or know of, something in Caleta that would fit the bill?

We would prefer in town but would be willing to consider topside of the main road as long as it is'nt too far up.

Here's hoping.

Sounds like a deal. If you´ve got cash burning a hole in your pocket, make ém an offer. Might get it for 60 mil.

The biggest prroblem at the moment is the pound seems to be going down a point against the Euro every day and is predicted to go another 10% to 20%.
