Baby and Toddler clubs?

I'm moving there next month and I'm thinking about bringing my grandson with me as my daughter is struggling to cope with a nursing degree as childcare is way too expensive.. He is 15 months, what facilities are available? Are there any baby and toddler groups I could take him to? I'll be living near Caleta x
