Tourism inspections.....and Hotels/Apartments

 Hotels and Apartment complexes are to be inspected and  will lose their licenses if  renovations / improvements are not done.

Wonder how the older complexes such as Caleta Gardens and Villa Florida will fare after inspection in light of the Tourists Board vision of 4 and 5 star tourism?

I would say that lots wont pass the test and will need to be renovated.

Exactamundo! and I'm sure they will have pots of money to do that........not!

And what then, closure, dereliction, or maybe the brown envelopes will come into play?

I would imagine  that they will probably offer special loans like they did in Corrie (remember the 20 million recently) but only if they are upgraded to a higher star rating.
