The €2 offer on the crossing from Corralejo to Playa Blanca is only applicable if you are booking a journey from Lanza to GC via Fuerte or the reverse. It is not a stand alone fare.  :(

The times are a pain. It means staying the night, or the last ferry back gets int Rosario at close to 4.00am in the morning and it takes 6hs and 22mins. ( not so fast). the 2.30pm from Rosario takes 4h. 5mins and with a car ( which you´ll need if you do a load of shopping ) it´ll cost €136 for one person. Hmmmm, not so great I´m sorry.

I did that with a car full of moving bits, a husband and a cat and the timing was a pain, yes! We had a cabin (mainly because of the cat, but the boat was two-thirds empty and most people had come equipped with a light sleeping bag and bedroll. They were stretched out everywhere - some across 4+ chairs but most on the comfier option, the floor. They looked very peaceful, until you tripped over them.  :D

Are you sure you looked at the fast ferry Woe? It is supposed to only take 90 minutes to Jandia and 70 minutes from there to Rosario?

Canarias 7 Translated. (Slightly wonky translation) :)

The Bonanza Express Fred. Olsen yesterday connects Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Morro Jable and Puerto del Rosario. Enthusiasm is widespread, especially in the modern boat and good prices. Now in just 70 minutes, almost less than by car, you can travel by boat from Puerto del Rosario and Morro Jable.

About 1,400 passengers and 460 vehicles yesterday inaugurated a new sea route from Fred. Olsen Express, connecting on the same day with fast ferry ports of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Morro Jable and Puerto del Rosario. After a journey of 90 minutes from Gran Canaria, the Bonanza Express downloaded in Jandia spring and, after another 70-minute ride along the eastern seaboard of the Maxorata north, the ship docked in the capital of Fuerteventura, on the ramp expected spring and a lot of people and vehicles to board at 12.00, most bound Gran Canaria, although there was a possibility down in Morro Jable.

The Bonanza Express docked in Puerto del Rosario about 11.15 am, 40 minutes after the scheduled time of arrival. Too bad nobody took the small delay, nor those who came and those who quit. Enthusiasm for premiere a fast ferry route, hitherto nonexistent in the dock of the capital of Fuerteventura, offset any minor mishap.

Entering or leaving the Bonanza Express, had a few carriers with freight trucks. But most were people who were August, beginning or end your holiday. In the spring stall and cut flying the chilly water to withstand the heat that cracked piche. From the boat got out some groups of young people ready to enjoy a few days of sun, beach and camping during the last weekend of the holidays in El Cotillo.

The satisfaction was widespread. Passengers agreed on the idea that fast ferries are modern, comfortable and fast, a good boat, and only feared that, as has happened in the past, the line ends up being suspended.

Prices. Thing that like, at least while it lasts, is the good fares and frequencies. Fred. Olsen Express connects Las Palmas with Morro Jable Puerto del Rosario and 16 times per week from 11.5 euros per person each way. And the cruise line offers the daily connection with Lanzarote (Playa Blanca Corralejo-) from 2 euros per person per journey.

Ok, just checked your link. The "Fast Ferry" from Rosario to Las Palmas is 2.20pm arr. 6.35pm. and las Palmas to Rosario is 6.30am arr. 10.35am, that´s 4hrs. 5mins.
You will have to stay overnight.

Also from Sept 1st, you will need your Padron and Residencia.

Thanks Woe, I never noticed the time table on the website. I dont know where they are getting the 90 minutes from. Even from Las Palmas to Morro Jable it is 2 hours and then another two to Rosario. http://www.fredolsen.es/es-ES/morrojable_en_fastferry/index.aspx
