I don't understand why English people go Doo-Lally over Paddies day. But each to their own.

Maybe because a lot of us are of Irish descent.......Grandparents from one side was from Co Mayo and the other side from Cork

I must qualify as being Irish then, My Great Grandfather was an O'Brien, from somewhere in Ireland. 

But there again, my other Great Grandfather was Scottish, a MacGregor.  Now I'm confused.
