Trip to fuerteventura after 7 years

Hello.

In 2 months I have a trip to fuerteventura. I had been 7 years ago, but have not been back since that time.

Some of the areas I visited were cofete beach, de la cocha and el matorral. I also visited corralejo for 2 days. Luckily I speak a little Spanish  Do you have any recommendations to visit on the island?

That time I stayed in an iberostar hotel, but this time I am considering staying in a hotel of the H10 chain. Do you have any opinion about this hotel chain?
