Is getting a fishing licence any easier.You cant get it from the tackle shop in caleta

You have to go to the town hall in Puerto del Rosario.  It is quite simple to do and costs very little - I suppose you need to take your passport  for ID purposes. Aram at Gone Fishing will have the "fine details" regret I cannot remember how much or if you need any other ID.
