Kitchen Appliance Makes

I'd appreciate any information on the quality and safety (thinking of the Whirlpool fire risks) of the various brands of kitchen appliances available on the island.
Looking at washing machine, fridge or fridge/freezer, etc, etc.
Using the https://tiendaselectron.com/index.php Electron website, but don't recognise many of the brands.

They have all the major international makes,Siemens,Bosch, Samsung etc. Also do Balay which is a major Spanish producer of domestic appliances and which have a good reputation in spite of being a more budget range.

We have virtually all whirlpool, all of which are less than three years old, TV is Samsung brought from the UK three years ago vacuum cleaner is Hoover 18 months old, all work perfectly with no problems whatsoever.
