Issue with drains !

Our bathroom has flooded several times since we purchased 1 year ago !

Which has damaged the walls etc !

Refurbishment is still in progress , last time. They looked it epwas blocked with tile chipping , we have passed on our concerns twice to the president and nothing has been sorted .

We are very careful  what we dispose of .

Can anyone recommend a company to investigate this before things get worse and have to lift up new tiles  etc !

Caza if you struggling to deal with this issue call melvyn jenkins he sorted ours out on las lomas complex very good and knowledgeable found out it was a neighbours drain causing the problem due to a collapse in the pipe work and he speaks spanish so can liaise with the communidad very well his number is 654790828
