Hotels with heated pools Caleta

Hi There

We're off to Caleta end of Jan.  Anywhere there have heated/indoor pools we could either use or stay at?  Pretty open minded about where we stay, are there any in Corralejo?

We always have a week in Caleta every new year (first week) usually staying at the either of the two Barcellos, the Beach resort has one heated pool but the others are not heated, I always go for a daily swim in the non heated pools, never had a problem with the cold (apart from the initial shock of entering the pool), whilst there is a heated pool at the Thalisso Spa (Barceló Fuerteventura)

While that may not be a problem for me, can't see my just turned 2 year old son (at the time we go) appreciating it

Thanks for the suggestion, knew the Barcelo had a heated pool, but alas is slightly out of our budget.

The sea is often warmer than an unheated pool at that time of year. It is usually too cold to swim in an unheated pool but if you manage to find a spot away from the wind it can sometimes be warm enough to sunbathe. Bring rain gear with you because the weather is changeable and warm clothes for night time because the temperature drops quite a bit. It is a lovely time of the year for a break though. Enjoy.

Thanks, we have been twice before at this time of year, before we had junior, so while we weren't too worried about using the pool, I'm afraid the little man will be upset if he can't use it

Yes you did unfortunately it is still closed, and appears it will be for some considerable time.

There is an indoor municipal pool in La Oliva and I believe there is a heated pool at Papagayo in Corralejo.

Hi, if you want a heated pool don't stay at the Villa Florida Apartments. They advertise that it is heated but it isn't. We stayed there in February because of the heated pool. On The Beach said the pool is heated but the hotel might not be heating the pool at the moment. It was Baltic! Be warned.
