Again I would reccomend Decolar in P Rosario, speaks enough English to understand me, so that is plenty, and a class operation,

I is on Avenue Juan Bethancourt just above Hiperdino on the left Coming from Corallejo come past Mercadona and the petrol station, then take the next but one exit to Rosario, go down the hill, you will see a farmacia on your right, it is 3/4 doors further down on the right. Close 14:00 until 16:45.
