First electricity bill

Hi guys,
Got our first bill in.
Potencia seems fine. We are on 3.45 @ 25.1â,¬ for 61 days.
I was only out for one week so leccy used was only about 1.84â,¬
Main concern is, bill for the 61 day period is 132.47â,¬
There is:
67.98â,¬ for "Derechos de Acceso"
18.53â,¬ for "Deposito de Garantia Distribuidora"
9.04â,¬ for "Derechos de Enganche"

Anyone know what these are ??
Apart from these the bill would have been roughly as expected. My translator is making much of the terms either.
Is it just because it's the first bill maybe. TIA

Your first bill is high due to the "contracting rights" it translated as on our first bill third item down.  Total of first bill was 278€ of which 144€ was the contracting rest was for 247kWh.  Second bill for 107kWh was 77€

I do not understand this, our bill has hovered between â,¬125 and â,¬145, our first bill was â,¬145, but that was as there was an extra two weeks as we moved in mid month, but I suppose as it has not affected us I should not complain.

It could have been to do with us being the first occupants of the property, and if I am not mistaken I think Spitfire has moved into a new property or should I say one that has not been occupied before

That is correct. This was the first time electricity has been connected.
