I know this topic has been covered lots, lots and more LOL But here goes again

Has anyone just been through this process, if yes please can you walk through the process and the documents needed, as I am getting conflicting information from I'm an expert in the pub sort of thing.

I am currently living here and have the following
NIE
Padrón Municipal de Habitantes

I have been informed of the following so far
You need;
Health insurance
over 6000 euros in the bank here
Nie
Padrón Municipal de Habitantes
Certificate to prove you do not have a criminal record
You have to have lived here for longer then 6 months....
Please only supply first hand information
