If you are self employed, (ie, working, no matter what it is,) you have to pay taxes and social security, that means registering with all the relevant authorities, and obtaining a NIE number.
Social Security for a self employed person is about â,¬315 / month. Mandatory.

You need to see an Assesoria (accountant) to set this up for you. There are plenty around.

Does that 305 euros cover you for medical?

Deso

Yes, it does.  Social Security payments depend on the category of self employment and start at around â,¬250 a month.

As Woe says, asesoria would be a good start as you also need to file quarterly tax returns.

Looking forward to the day I tick the "One way only" box when booking flights to Fuerte. [:)]

Can anyone recommend a good asesoria
