The equivalent to Jeyes fluid here is ZOTAL.
It comes in a blue tin and you can buy it in any ferreteria.

Have you considered putting citrus fruit skins around the garden, garlic and onion also works.
I guess that you possibly have picon negro or something similar which cats love. I had it and had to get rid of it.

I bought a box of pellets in Ideal a couple of months ago. Can't remember what they were called but the picture on the box showed a cat & a dog running away! They said they were weatherproof and they seemed to work ok but I think I had better replace them now after all the very heavy rain. They also do a spray product which works well on door steps, garden chair cushions and terraces etc.
