Just been into the Super Dino in Lajares and they have a selection of different milks - almond, coconut, soya, in 1 litre cartons. A wider range than in the El Cotillo supermarket.
I hadn't see this post before I went in so I didn't look for the non-dairy ice cream.

Does goat milk count as dairy-free for you?   In UK it's offered as an alternative.

Cow's milk is just one of many in the UHT section. And I know Mercadona sell ice cream made from rice. Sin lactosa and sin gluten are signs that you see everywhere here.
