We havent been in fuerteventura for 4 years, but are coming backnim 3 weeks time.  There used to be an amazing cocktail bar called Evita's I think, is it still around in corralejo?

No evictas closed a while ago. 
There is Aqua bar on front that does great cocktails and mi casa next door that seems popular
