Can anyone tell me why  the Empresa Mixta De Aguas water company debit 15.32 euros from my account every month.
Although I am not in my apartment and the water is shut off.
Any ideas.

Although I am not in my apartment and the water is shut off.
Any ideas.

It is their standing charge, payable whether you use water or not, I recently discovered that there arte two rates, one for residents and one for non residents, which are circa 8 euros different, this is the non resident charge.

On the upside, at least you know you don't have any leaks.
