Hi , thinking about buying a villa in Golden Park , I was wondering if there are any owners / residents who would be able to answer a couple of questions for me . Many thanks .

Make sure there is somebody in the attached house next door to make some normal noise, like flushing the toilet, moving a chair etc.

Cheap construction resulting in very noise sensitive houses.
Expecially impact sounds.

Main reasons:
No privacy
Connected houses
Windy and cold up on the hill

I was sure they were all sold
They were selling for 153000 Euros which I thought was a great buy
Is there any for sale at this price?
Do not see any on goldacre

As an owner I would agree that the walls are not well insulated, but then having lived in a semi in the UK thats not so different.
The 2012/13 price of 153k is long gone, the prices are rising and very few remain for sale.
The "new" ones do not generally come with a Kitchen, so factor that into your purchase.
Windy up on the hill? well there is some wind, which when its baking in the town it's comfortable to have a breeze.
The swimming pool fitting is of questionable quality. Again keep some money back to fix pumps, leaks etc.
The quality of fittings - built in wardrobes, floor finished is good.
Long term they will be good value.
Community charge covers outside garden maintenance and lighting for 30Euro a month.
Good mix of owners German/Spanish/Italians/Norwegians/Dutch oh and Brits !
