Ownersdirect or Holiday Lettings ?

We own a holiday home in Fuerteventura that has all the necessary licences etc to enable us to rent it out as a holiday let. We are now considering advertising the property using either Ownersdirect or Holiday Lettings. I would therefore be grateful for any comments from owners regarding advertising with either of these companies or any other suggestions of suitable companies.

Waste of space, their a part of Goldacre Estates who a very good, but they are as already said. if you want medium term rents try Bliss properties

A couple of my friends use TripAdvisor - they get good occupancy through this and haven't had any problems as far as I'm aware. I've no idea what TripAdvisor's charges/commission might be although I've got a vague memory that it's a booking charge that the holidaymaker pays rather than the owner.
What area of Fuerte is it in? Are you hoping to attract mainly British or Spanish visitors etc - that might influence your advertising.

Thanks for your response TamaraEnLaPlaya. Our apartment is in Caleta and I hadn't really considered the nationality of our target market, the complex our apartment is on is a mixture of English and Spanish owners and tenants as well as holiday lets.

I've just Googled 'Holiday apartment Caleta de Fuste Fuerteventura' to see what comes near the top of the list. There are a few others you might want to consider as well: Homeaway, Casamundo etc.

I always use VRBO.  No Middleman, plus Pay Pal.  A no-brainer.
