Posting pictures

Can someone explain to me how to post pictures on here, in words of no more 2 syllables please, I have read the forum instructions, which I find as clear as mud, I have a copy of the front page of The Economist during the referendum which I found hilarious at the time, which i would like to post.

I use a free program called "TinyPic" now, it's brilliant. You can upload the image or just cut and paste the url if it's from a newspaper or something. Then copy the link into the forum. Don't forget to highlight the link in your comment, and centre it, looks better. Remember pictures on the forum are 500 pixels wide max. ( or is it 400, can't remember )
