Looking at buying on here, anyone have any info on the area?? They are putting a large fence around the pool, why is that??

It may be the law that governs certain sizes of pools , that have to have fences around for safety reasons.

Technically, a complex pool without a life guard requires a fence with lockable gates. I believe 1.2m is the necessary minimum height.
