It's most likely on the forum somewhere, but what date does the Festival of the 3 kings fall on in Jan 2016..

I think you'll find that 3 Kings is a set in stone date rather than a moving one, like Christmas Day is always 25th Dec.

Taken from the Captain's events calendar:

Jan 5th - The Three Kings bring their gifts tonight. Parades featuring the Kings in the main towns.

Jan 6th - Epiphany (Kings Day) - a public holiday
