Easy Jet to Liverpool 4/11

Not sure if anyone else was on last nights flight that was 2hrs 15mins late leaving Fuerteventura.

The incoming flight  was 5 to 10 minutes  late at the stand no problem, we had speedy boarding so were down the ramp in the first half dozen having had our boarding passes scanned and passports checked when the incoming passengers disembarked,  quick turn round  on the cards and prompt departure envisaged. Oh NO, we were all sent back to the departure lounge being told we wouldn't be boarding for another 30 minutes.

It turned out the ovens on the plane were not working so the crew of 6 had to come off and get a hot meal!!!!!

Crew back on board we were then allowed to go through the gate again, speedy boarding, boarding passes re scanned again, we were in the first half dozen again, as we went down the ramp we could see 2 ladies already boarding the plane with no assistance?

All boarded and settled in our seats and the number on the plane didn't match the airport computer passenger manifest,  re head count, announcement asking if all passengers were going to Liverpool as there was another Easy Jet flight about to leave for Gatwick, still not balanced!

Eventually sorted left 2+hrs late with no sandwiches on board as I guess the outbound flight with no hot food had consumed them all.

I also bet the head count was 2 out and it was the 2 ladies who may not have gone back up to the lounge and therefore not had their boarding passes re scanned?

Good job I didn't get charged extra for my parking at Liverpool Airport.

The handling agents EZY use (clever..yes I know you couldn`t make it up) are utterly useless..We`ve been on the receiving end of some of this `Clever` stuff like you and have every sympathy..Complaining to Ezy in one sense is useless, you`ll never even get an apology but if they get bombarded by complaints, it might make a difference..
