Agree with you Deso, we hadn't seen this one before, we also noticed that the cranes were there, liked both the properties in Caleta with number 3 being the favourite also seemed like good value, not sure about the putting green (and I'm a golfer), just need to work on convincing Mrs man to move over there

The first property was on Montana Mar, which is at the last block on the right before you go up to Villas de Artenara and the second one looked like La Colina, up the right hand side of the golf course.
I already have SWMBO's blessing so it is just a matter of when we can aford to make the move permanently, 2 or 3 more years should do it, fingers crossed.
