Hi, we are currently investigating purchasing a property on Salinas Golf.  We would be grateful for any information both positive and negative regarding the area and the development.  Thank you in anticipation.

Hi Craigjax. We viewed some (3) brand new ones, repossessed from the developer. They were really good value, but we decided to buy elsewhere.
We went through Ventaembargos who were acting for Solvia (I think?).
I'm sure the agent said offers around 150k.
This is amazing, considering some sold for well over 400k off plan when the development kicked. Glad I didn't pay that much..

My son has been doing building work on villas there and check out my post on this thread (3rd post down, under the advert) re the foundations on some of them. (photo is there)

Hev, these "boxes" were thrown up in no time, at hardly any cost to the builder. Wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole.
