It was a repeat of the 2013 episode...I only watched it to cheer myself up (Snow everywhere up in Scotland) but the couple house hunting are the most frustrating people you'll ever to come across!! Honestly think the only reason they done the show was to get a free holiday.

Oh OK FF.  Apologies, it does say its 2015 on TV Guide. A friend in Corralejo took part recently as a resident and said it was on today.

Yes it was a repeat I am sure- thus was the guy who wanted a place where he could just open his front door and let his dog wander the streets! Where do they find these people? I couldn't watch it again(too painful!) but he bought a place in El Cotillo if I remember correctly...wonder how much he has been fined?

It was interesting to note the bit of text at the end where it tells you 'prices correct at X date etc', where it gave the exchange rate at â,¬1.12 to the £. The property they were showed at £72,000 was, at that time if my maths is correct, â,¬80.000. At today's exchange rate that would convert to just over £60,000! Shows, perhaps, why interest may be picking up from buyers outside the Euro?!

Decho it said at the end of the show they talked about an offer being made but if I remember correctly someone on here, at the original showing of the episode said that the deal didn't go through

Apparently the couple did buy it and they post on Facebook's Fuerte-Bay. To me they came across as a nice couple who had a good idea of what they wanted and didn't want the tourist type option.

The one in Denia, Costa Blanca a couple of weeks ago, was a complete lie from start to finish. I know, I lived there.

This episode is not the one I thought it was.  The couple in this one eventually bought through Bliss in El Cotillo apparently.   Made me smile the way the agent scooted through the tourist rental licence details  

We await the 2015 episode.
