As reported in the 'Herald' last friday.

Dunfermline Sheriff Court has put a man on the Sex Offenders Registar after a paper girl aged 15 saw him naked through a window in his own house. It was reported he normaly slept naked. He will be sentenced next month.

Totally outrageous and the procurator fiscal should take a long look at himself for allowing such a thing reaching the court.

A person should be allowed to dress as they so desire within the confines of their own home.

MinRich

The circumstances of how the girl saw him , where he was is highly relevant . We all know that its ok to be nude in your own home but being visible to 15 year old girls when you are doing so is not right .

jg

It seems that he was repeatedly and deliberately targeting the girl - a bit different from being accidentally seen.

Lesson 1 - NEVER trust a newspaper (or other media outlet) to tell the whole story about a court case.

The Courier puts a different slant on the story:

The 'Courier' report certainly puts this in a different light compared that that in the 'Herald'.

The Courier certainly tells it in a different light and it certainly sounds like it is true. Totally different from the way the initial post was put to the forum.
