El Cotillo lagoons - the mystery of the missing motorhomes

I am very pleased that the motor homes, caravans and other assorted rusty old van conversions aren't parked around the lagoon area of El  Cotillo. Does anyone know why this is? Have they been banished by the authorities or is it just a seasonal thing and they will be back by Easter?

I have just come from the road on the way to the lighthouse, and can report that there is 1 old camper van in the car park next to the large lagoon, it has been there for about a week. Also 1 VW camper van in the dunes next to the small lagoons favoured by the naturists.

Many strange and mysterious things can occur during a calima.
Rumor is that the flying dutchman was sighted laying outside the old port of El Cotillo.

There has been a Camper Van parked there for months belonging to the Guy who sells Exclusive trinkets next to the Loo at Torinos Bar.

He also has 2 scraggy dogs which run loose over the beaches.
