Doctor or nurse in El Cotillo

I am looking for a Nurse or doctor who is able to change a post-op dressing for 7 days (29/12/14 - 5/1/15).
Anyone have any ideas who could help with this in El Cotillo??

In similar circumstances when I had a chemotherapy PICC line which needed weekly sterile flushing the relevant hospital department gave my wife enough training to be able to do the job herself.
