Unlock phone

My son bought me a Nokia Lumia 520, English orange sim card, for my birthday which he purchased in England. I have it here now in Fuerteventura, and have put an orange Spanish sim card in it. The orange shop say it has ben locked, so therefore will not work here.

Is there anywhere in Fuertevenura, where I can get this unlocked, or is there another alternative.

I have had several English mobiles unlocked at a small electrical shop in Rosario - Fuerte Movi I think. From Av. Diego Miller (the main drag past 3 bums heading North) walk up Calle Juan de Bethencourt and then Calle Teressa Lopez going off on your right from a roundabout. The shop is about the second or third shop on the right from this junction. Plenty of parking space up from the shop.

I'm told that the DVD rental shop opposite Rosie O'Grady's unlocks phones.
....and apparently most of the Locutorios can unlock phones.
